Live Webinar on “What’s my SuperPower?” on 17th April, 2020
3rd March 2020 – Before the coronavirus hit us hard, a handshake with the one of the main organisers of UST’s Onstage Presentation as part of the Women’s Day Celebrations. The individual participants of the event had clarity and novel ideas on different aspects of generation equality. Well organised event – kudos to the NowU team.
28th February 2019 – Yi Annual Day @ SP Grand Days, had the very good fortune to listen to a master storyteller and get the mandatory snap with celebrity – and a photograph that showcases his humour! He wanted the caption of this photo to be “Chair, Care, Hair and Co-chair”. Accompanied by Jack and Jiji – the Chair and Co-Chair of Yi 2020-2021, Trivandrum Chapter.
18 February 2020 – My few minutes of being star-struck. Loved the humility and the humour Sheela amma brought to the stage. It was the fag end of a long day and I had been standing most of the day introducing business stalwarts, Dr. Shashi Tharoor and the likes. Then came the golden opportunity to moderate a discussion on being trendsetters in an all women panel. All three guests were spectacular in what they wanted to convey. Veena Gil about making choices of growth outside of comfort zones. Bincy Baby Ma’am about touching 15 million lives thorugh a very important sanitation area. And Sheela amma who was simply herself and open. She spoke about trying direction, producing films and now being a painter too. And therein lay the messages that all of us needed to hear – Just get out there and do something worthwhile with our lives that gives us true joy.
17th Sept 2019 – Getting Industry Ready – an interaction with MBA students on preparing for their careers @ KICMA, Neyyar Dam
23rd Sept 2019 -A short session for Yi Trivandrum members on understanding potential and tapping into others potential to enhance performance.

3rd Sept 2019 An amazing experience facilitating this session to the liveliest and most engaged bunch of participants I had the honour of working with. So much to learn from them – all the best to the Changemakers!

Aditi Radhakrishnan, a governing body member of eWIT and an HR consultant, says that the initiatives are a way of expressing gratitude to the support staff. “These employees have high hopes for their children. Graduates in various disciplines, they need motivation, guidance and training. In our Future Ready programme we used our own resources, that is employees from various companies in Technopark itself, to lead the sessions. There were classes on setting goals and preparing a resume that is relevant, besides mock interviews. None of the trainers charged for the sessions,” says Aditi. #eWIT
